Dr. Bruce Hindmarsh from Regent College will speak on 'Scholarship and Devotion: Lovers in a Dangerous Time,’ looking at how love transforms our experience of academic work, however mundane or routine. Drawing from the deep well of Christian tradition, he will explore two forms of scholarly love: a love characterized by wonder, and a love characterized by discipline. Both of these forms of love are, finally, paths down which we come to Jesus Christ.

Location: The Scriptorium Study Centre in University Chapel
